  • Full Closure of Dixie Road off-Ramp from QEW WB for removal of curb and gutter, TCB, steel beam guide rail, and pavement construction on both left and right shoulders of Dixie off-ramp

  • Full Closure of SSR Ramp to QEW Toronto bound (EB) for Construction of Overhead Sign Structure, Noise Barrier,  Storm Sewer, Highway Lighting, etc.

  • Full Closure of QEW in both directions for Dixie Bridge Demolition and Storm Sewer Installation
    Saturday, March 22, 2025 8:00 pm - 11:00 am - QEW Westbound (WB) Full closure
    Saturday, March 22, 2025 8:00 pm - 8:00 am     - QEW Eastbound (EB) Full closure
    Sunday, March 23, 2025 8:00 am - 11:00 am - QEW Eastbound (EB) Two-lane closure

Project Milestones

  • Completion of Ogden Pedestrian Bridge - December 23, 2024

  • Brentano Blvd from Feldwood Road to the West - Sanitary Sewer Replacements (Approx. 6 weeks)

  • Late Summer 2024: New Dixie Bridge - Opened September 2024

  • Fall 2024: Haig Boulevard Sewers Complete

  • December 2024: Eastbound lanes of North Service Road between Stanfield Road to the new Dixie Road
    - Opened December 19, 2024

  • Spring 2025 - Demolition of existing Dixie Road Underpass Bridge
